SIGPLAN commissioned the construction of a
LaTeX class file for SIGPLAN conference papers. There are
templates for 9pt, 10pt, and 11pt (your conference will specify
which to use, most conferences specify 9pt) and a guide that describes
the use of the class file. You will need
the class file, one of the three templates, and the guide.
