tutorial threads

The tutorial program has been orchestrated to permit conference participants to obtain either a breadth of knowledge or a depth in a given area as well as to complement their learning in the other OOPSLA events. Any OOPSLA '98 attendee interested in achieving in-depth knowledge about a particular aspect of object technology may wish to attend a set of related tutorials described below as threads. The tutorials in these threads, or mini-concentrations, were not designed by their authors to fit together, and so there is no guarantee of complete compatibility or absence of overlap. However the topics covered build in depth and together provide a more complete exposure to each given thread area.
